The mugshot of a Minnesota woman is going viral for her close resemblance to a global superstar.
Cyrena Anne Quast, 35, was arrested on a gross misdemeanor theft charge after she allegedly stole two double packs of power tool batteries worth $578 from a store in Monticello on August 30, according to records obtained by the Daily Mail.
Instead of her coup, it is Quast’s mugshots that are making headlines.
The photo, taken by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office, has people doing double takes over her striking resemblance to actress and pop icon Jennifer Lopez.
Users online are joking that they had to look twice because they thought Lopez got arrested. One amused user said she ‘definitely thought it was JLo.’
Another wrote: ‘If it was J-Lo she should have been charged with stealing vocals.’
Less amusing than her close resemblance to Lopez is her criminal record.

The Minnesota woman was released without bail but has to comply with conditions imposed by the court while the case proceeds
Records seen by the Daily Mail show that Quast has been arrested dozens of times for charges ranging from drug possession, DWI, theft and identifying under a false name to fleeing police, driving without a valid license and trespass.
Quast was released the day after her recent misdemeanor arrest.

Two days before what appears to be her most recent offense, an employee at the same shop reported that a woman, later identified as Quast, walked out with batteries and left in a white Subaru, giving police a description of the vehicle and its license plate, according to Watch MN.
The Daily Mail contacted Quast for comment.
