Francis Totti Laryea is steadily carving a name for himself as one of Ghana’s rising figures in sports conditioning, combining modern training methods with hands-on experience at both local and international levels.

The certified fitness coach is the founder of Train Like A Pro GH, a performance-focused outfit that has played a key role in improving the physical conditioning of several Ghanaian athletes.

According to the CEO of Train Like A Pro GH, his goal is to help athletes reach peak performance while reducing the risk of injury, a philosophy that continues to shape his work.

Beyond Ghana, Laryea’s expertise has earned him international exposure. In 2024, he worked with Indian club Rajasthan United, where he contributed to player conditioning and overall fitness development, further strengthening his credentials on the global stage.

At home, Coach Laryea has previously worked with a number of Ghanaian footballers, including Jonas Adjetey and Emmanuel Torku, serving as their personal trainer during off-season periods.

His individualized programmes have focused on strength, endurance, recovery, and match readiness.

With his growing track record, Laryea believes Train Like A Pro GH is well-positioned to support Ghana’s national teams, as he continues his mission to raise fitness standards and help Ghanaian athletes compete at the highest level.
