Manu Duah has received his maiden call-up to the Black Stars, marking a significant milestone in his career as Ghana continues to expand its talent pool ahead of upcoming international assignments.

Born in Kumasi, Duah developed his game in the United States, playing college football at the University of California. His performances at that level earned him the top pick in the MLS draft, where he was selected number one by San Diego FC.

Primarily a centre-back, Duah is also capable of operating in midfield, offering valuable versatility to the national team setup. His inclusion is expected to provide additional defensive options as the technical team assesses new players.

Duah will now be aiming to make a strong impression and stake a claim for a regular place in the squad.
