Premier League side Manchester City have announced the signing of Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt.
Marmoush has agreed to a four-and-a-half-year contract, according to a statement released by the Citizens. His contract ties him to Man City until 2029.
The forward joined Man City for a €70 million (£59.1 million) transfer fee, with an additional €5 million in potential add-ons.
The Egyptian, who is the club’s third signing of the January 2025 transfer window, has been handed the number 7 shirt.
Marmoush’s transfer takes Man City’s spending in the current window to £122.5 million.
The 24-year-old will be hoping to translate his Bundesliga form to the Premier League after netting 15 Bundesliga goals this season.
Omar Marmoush scored 37 goals and provided 20 assists in 67 appearances during his spell at Eintracht Frankfurt.
