Benjamin Aguero, the son of former Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, has gone viral after being filmed showing off his football skills in a Chelsea shirt with Fernando Torres on the back.
The video, posted by ‘risingballers’ on TikTok, shows the 16-year-old playing barefoot on a patchy grass pitch beside a private pool and scoring several impressive goals while dressed in a blue jersey printed with ‘Torres 9’.
The clip begins with Benjamin controlling the ball on his chest before smashing a shot into the top corner of a garden goal. A voice off-camera, believed to be his father’s, shouts: ‘Gooooooooooool’ in celebration.
He then hits the post and sees another effort saved after shooting through a thick layer of leaves on the pitch, before slipping during a strike that still finds the top corner.
In a final sequence, he wins the ball with a slide tackle, dribbles past two friends and scores into a tiny mini goal.
The post was captioned: ‘Benjamin Aguero is a baller, like his father’, and has quickly racked up thousands of likes and hundreds of comments from amused fans.

One user wrote: ‘Surely Aguero should have a better garden,’ while another added: ‘Touch Distribution: 10% Ground: 90%.’
Another comment read: ‘That shirt is probs match worn as well.’
Much of the reaction centred around Benjamin’s famous lineage. Not only is he the son of Man City’s record goalscorer, but he is also the grandson of Argentina legend Diego Maradona and the godson of eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi.
One commenter wrote: ‘Father Aguero, grandfather Maradona, godfather Messi. No pressure at all.’
Meanwhile, one of the most-liked comments simply read: ‘bros genes.’
Benjamin was born in Madrid in February 2009 during Aguero’s time at Atletico Madrid.
His mother is Giannina Maradona, Diego Maradona’s youngest daughter.

Aguero and Giannina separated in 2012 but co-parented during the striker’s time in England.
The teenager appears to have inherited some of the flair that made both his father and grandfather icons of the game, although several commenters were amused that he chose to wear a Chelsea kit rather than anything Man City or Argentina related.
Despite being surrounded by footballing royalty, Benjamin has previously said in interviews that he enjoys music as well as sport.
Whether he chooses the stage or the pitch, at least TikTok has now had a glimpse of his footballing talent.
