A 24-year-old Atlanta man was arrested after a pastor found a hidden camera in the women’s church bathroom.
Ramon Ochoa Garcia was allegedly recording women and underage girls inside the World Mission Society Church bathroom in Bloomingdale, Illinois since August, according to ABC 7 Chicago.
Garcia, who lives in a van, allegedly placed a small pen camera into a vent in the women’s bathroom to record at least 24 victims, including two young girls, according to the outlet.
He allegedly recorded 41 videos between August 1 and October 5, according to The Daily Herald.
He was arrested after the pastor of the church discovered the hidden camera and checked the micro SD card, The Herald reported.
He then confronted Garcia before reporting it to police on October 14, who determined the contents depicted two dozen victims.

One of the videos discovered on the SD card was of a girl changing in the restroom, according to The Herald.
Garcia was charged with unauthorized video recording of a person under 18 and unauthorized video recording without consent, according to the ABC 7 Chicago.
He could face additional charges as police continue to investigate.
A judge denied prosecutors’ request to detain Garcia prior to trial as they argued he was a flight risk since he is homeless.
