Veteran Ghanaian Gospel singer, Mama Esther, has paid tribute to Empress Gifty’s late mother, Evangelist Agnes Abafoduba Annan, in a new song.
The heartfelt tribute song was released a few days before her funeral.
In the song, the children of the deceased shared their memories of their mother.
As recited by Mama Esther, Empress Gifty said his mother was her prayer partner, adviser and motivator.

Madam Annan, also known as Maame Fanti or Agaga, passed on in the early hours of Saturday, December 14, 2024, after a short illness.
She will be laid in state at Tema Community 8 No. 3 School Park on January 18, 2024.
Following her burial on the same day, the final funeral rites will be held at the Tema Community 8 No. 3 School Park.
On Sunday, January 19, 2024, family, friends, and sympathizers will gather at the Bethel Family A/G at Tema Community 22 for a Thanksgiving service.
