Ghanaian actress Clara Benson, popularly known as Maame Serwaa, has officially graduated from Knutsford University College.

She also posted stunning graduation photos online to celebrate her achievement.

Maame Serwaa’s journey with Knutsford University began in 2018 when she made headlines for securing a four-year degree scholarship from the institution.

The scholarship came as part of her ambassadorial deal with the university, a partnership aimed at leveraging her massive youth following to promote the school’s goals and programs.

Speaking at the time of her admission, she expressed her gratitude and commitment to balancing her studies and ambassadorial duties.

“It’s not just an honor but a joyful one to be among students of Knutsford University. I’m glad for the honor bestowed on me and some of my colleagues, and I would take the golden chance to not only promote the institution but also learn and be more informed,” Maame Serwaa said during the ceremony in 2018.

While fans and well-wishers have flooded her social media with congratulatory messages, a section of the public have also raised questions about why it took her longer than expected to complete her degree.

Many speculate that her demanding career in the movie industry may have contributed to the delay.

However, the actress has yet to address the concerns publicly, instead choosing to bask in the excitement of her big day.

Knutsford University College, where Maame Serwaa graduated, is a private institution affiliated with the University of Ghana and accredited by the National Accreditation Board.

Congratulations are in order for Maame Serwaa.
