    Nollywood actress Luchy Donalds has expressed deep gratitude to God after adding another major milestone to her achievements.

    She revealed that she has acquired a second house within the same year, making her a landlady once again.

    The actress shared the exciting news with fans on social media, alongside photos of her new property.

    In her caption, she thanked God for the blessings she’s received in 2025 so far.

    “Grateful for another one, God has blessed me with 2 houses in one year, and a new car earlier this year. I’m forever thankful and grateful to God. I’m ready for the many blessings you have in store for me, God.” Her caption read.

    Luchy bought her first house last year when she announced her relocation to her Lagos mansion. This new purchase marks her second home.

    The actress, who is known for her roles in Nollywood productions, has continued to grow both her career and her personal brand, and this latest accomplishment adds to an already impressive year.

    Fans and colleagues have flooded her comment section with congratulatory messages, celebrating her consistency and hard work.
