Several players from various European clubs will join their national teams for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The 35th edition of the tournament will be hosted by Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026, with 24 countries from the continent battling for glory.

During this period, key players will be away from their clubs, dealing a major blow to teams that rely on them as main talismen.
