Ghanaian actor and comedian Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin, has scored a major win for the local film industry as his much-talked-about movie A Country Called Ghana has officially been featured on global streaming giant Amazon Prime.

In a video shared on his social media pages, Lilwin was seen alongside his manager Ray Moni, celebrating the big moment as they captured themselves watching the movie stream on Amazon Prime.

The actor, while celebrating this big win also used the moment to hit back at critics who doubted his vision.

According to Lilwin, many people had written off the film, claiming it would not go anywhere beyond the local Kumawood circles. However, the movie has chalked a massive success.

The Wezzy Empire boss also took the opportunity to thank his spiritual father, Prophet Adom Kyei, for his support and prayers, which he believes played a huge role in this milestone.

He also appealed to all his loyal fans, both in Ghana and abroad, to throw their full support behind him by purchasing and streaming A Country Called Ghana on Amazon Prime.

He urged everyone to enjoy the story and help push Ghanaian cinema to the world stage.
