The boxing community is defined by never leaving any of its warriors alone, especially when facing the most important fight of their lives. Today, we join forces to support Polish fighter Denis Mądry, who, after suffering a severe injury in the ring this past January, is demonstrating admirable strength on his road to recovery.
After undergoing emergency brain surgery to remove hematomas and relieve swelling, Denis remained hospitalized for months. Currently, he is receiving specialized medical care at the Origin Rehabilitation Center in Otwock, Poland, where he fights day in and day out to overcome his injury.
Denis’s progress has been a true lesson in life. With an indomitable spirit, the young fighter continues to show very encouraging signs:
Physical Progress: Although facing quadriparesis (weakness in all four limbs), he has gradually begun to regain movement in his right arm and right leg.
Communication and Strength: He is conscious, understands everything around him, has preserved his memory, and communicates through gestures, head nods, and individual words.
Nutrition: He can now eat on his own and has gained weight up to 57 kg (126 lbs), overcoming the most critical stage.

While the physical challenge to regain independent mobility remains significant, his clear mind and determination to move forward remain fully intact.
We Are in His Corner: How Can We Help?
The cost of his treatment at the rehabilitation center is approximately $12,000 USD per month—a difficult amount for his fiancée and loved ones to sustain throughout this lengthy process.
Now it’s our turn to stand in his corner and support him in this battle. We call upon all fans, fighters, and sports enthusiasts to join the cause and contribute through the official fundraising campaign:
Donate and share HERE.
To Denis, his fiancée, and his family, we send all our love, prayers, and positive energy. Keep fighting, champ—we are all in this fight with you!
