Media personality MC Yaa Yeboah has expressed her disappointment with individuals complaining about how broadcaster Deloris Frimpong Manso, also known as Delay, conducts interviews on her show.

In a discussion on United Showbiz on UTV, MC Yaa Yeboah insisted that some Ghanaians are hypocritical because they are not obligated to answer questions they find uncomfortable.

“Every interviewer wants to ask compelling questions that will make headlines. No interviewee needs to answer questions they are not okay with. You are not at gunpoint to answer any question thrown at you. Let’s not be hypocrites about this thing, because I like to be real,” she stated.

She further urged Ghanaians to learn more about the presenter and be discerning about the type of shows they attend.

“Let us establish this fact: anyone who goes for an interview knows the kind of person and the questions they will be asked.

“You just don’t go and sit there without researching and then come out playing the victim,” she added.

Her comments come in response to recent social media backlash against Delay, who is said to have slammed the late flagbearer of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Akua Donkor, on her show.
