Ghana defender Alexander Djiku shifted his focus to the Black Stars‘ upcoming clash against Madagascar in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers following a 5-0 victory over Chad.
Djiku, who played the entire game, was part of the Black Stars‘ dominant performance that propelled them to the top of Group I.
However, he is already looking ahead to the next challenge, saying, “Five guys. Amazing atmosphere. Let’s focus on Monday.”
The Black Stars will face Madagascar on Monday, March 24, in a crucial match that could determine the group leaders.
A win for Ghana will boost their chances of qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, while Madagascar will aim to retake the top spot.
