In a viral video, a lady shared her humorous reply to a conversation she had with an unknown contact who tried to scam her through a link.

The lady with the username @ilyz_.a on TikTok shared the conversation she had with an unknown scammer who sent her a link on WhatsApp requesting that she send a screenshot after clicking on the YouTube link to view their channel and claim a reward.

Her reply was unexpected, telling the person to exercise patience for her to run errands for her mum before attending to the request.

“I’m coming My mummy said i should go and buy maggi,”  she wrote, and then she sent an animated video across afterwards instead of the image he requested.

The video quickly gained attention online with users commenting hilariously to her unexpected reply and applauding how she handled the moment.
