    A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to cry over the state of her apartment after a light downpour.

    The lady who stated that she had just moved into the apartment three days ago, posted on TikTok that her apartment was now flooded from the little rain.

    According to the caption she attached to her post, she revealed that the agent and landlord didn’t tell her while renting the apartment that this is the condition her home would be in whenever it rains.

    She also added that just two days after moving in some of her appliances had exploded due to the light issue.

    Her caption read; “Just 3 days in this apartment. Rain isn’t even heavy yet and my room is flooded. God I feel so terrible, I’m going through a lot right now. This is the saddest week of my life. Just yesterday all my appliances exploded. Why take money from people to suffer them? 800k apartment. I’m so weak, God I’m sick. The rain is not even heavy yet. I’m still thinking of how to fix the appliances that exploded. Now this, I haven’t even unpacked yet cos since I came it’s been one problem to another.”

    Below are some of the reactions from internet users;

    “They should refund you, this is very bad”

    “That’s why it’s better to rent a house during raining season because all these agents and landlord won’t tell you this until you pay and enter”

    “And raining season never even starts oh”

    “For upstairs again, chai ask the landlord for a refund”
