Founder of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Prophet Kumchacha
Popular preacher and founder of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Prophet Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Kumchacha, has shared what his three keys to longevity and good health are.
According to him, they are; a proper diet, quality sleep, and a good sex life.
Speaking on Adom FM’s Work and Happiness show with host OPD, Kumchacha stated that these elements are vital for physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
He, however, indicated that his advice is strictly for married couples and further cited some quotations from the Bible to buttress his point.
“He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. So, you and your wife need to practice these three things if you want to live a long life and look good as well,” he said.
The outspoken prophet advised against reckless living, adding that these practices are not just essential for physical health but also for emotional and mental well-being.
