Ghanaian Afrobeats sensation King Promise has announced a fully sponsored Master’s degree scholarship for popular entertainment pundit and media personality Tilly Akua Nipaa.
The gesture comes as an appreciation to Tilly for her exceptional work as the spokesperson for the King Promise team during the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), where the artist was crowned Artiste of the Year.

The announcement was made during an interview on Accra FM with host Nana Romeo.
After making this big announcement, King Promise also praised Tilly’s dedication, strategic communication, and consistent efforts in amplifying his brand and musical achievements in the lead-up to the awards.
He emphasized that one thing Tilly did that really impressed him was that she always stuck to the facts and never disrespected her peers
For many the many people who followed the discussions ahead of the awards, it would have been noticed that Tilly’s work as the Public Relations Officer of the team helped position the artist, King Promise strongly in the eyes of both the public and the TGMA board.
At the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards, King Promise took home multiple awards, including Artiste of the Year, Afropop Song of the Year for “Paris”, and Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste of the Year.
