Ghanaian music executive and entertainment critic Bullgod has delivered a scathing critique of rising rapper King Paluta, following a viral incident at the All-White Boat Party in London on June 29, 2025.

During his performance at the high-profile event, King Paluta abruptly paused his set to hurl insults at a female attendee in the crowd, reportedly frustrated by her lack of engagement.

The incident was captured on video and has since stirred widespread backlash online, with many questioning the artist’s composure and professionalism.

Reacting to the controversy during an appearance on United Television (UTV), Bullgod minced no words in his assessment of King Paluta’s behavior.

“That is why he was underground for 15 years, and he will go back for another 88 years,” Bullgod stated bluntly. “What he did was highly unprofessional and shows he still lacks the maturity to handle fame.”

Bullgod also used the opportunity to address what he described as a troubling trend in Ghana’s celebrity culture, where emerging talents are often overwhelmed by sudden stardom.

“From day one, we hype them up, place them in luxurious cars they’ve never driven before, and surround them with beautiful women and flashy clothes. They forget it’s all an illusion and start to believe they are actual stars,” he said.

While King Paluta has yet to issue a public apology or statement, the fallout from the incident continues to grow, with some fans calling for better grooming and mentorship for Ghanaian artistes abroad.

The All-White Boat Party was intended to be a celebration of Ghanaian music in the diaspora, but the disruption has raised fresh concerns about artist behavior and industry standards. Whether this episode will serve as a wake-up call for King Paluta remains to be seen
