Wunna Haruna, son of Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu and Chief Executive Officer of KickNation Sports Agency, has successfully facilitated trial opportunities in the United Kingdom for two promising Ghanaian players under his management.
The young talents are set to undergo trials at English Premier League sides including Chelsea FC and West Ham United, along with other partner clubs, as part of KickNation’s growing international network.
Wunna Haruna revealed that the move is part of a long-term development strategy aimed at positioning young Ghanaian footballers for professional contracts once they come of age.
“The players will be having trials at Chelsea, West Ham and some other clubs through our partnership,” he said.
“It is a good opportunity for players who are not yet at the legal age to get into these academies so they can secure a contract when they turn 18. The future is bright for these guys, and it is my prayer they will soon feature for the Black Stars and other top European teams.”
The Haruna family is no stranger to high-profile football deals, having famously played a key role in brokering the transfer of Fatawu Issahaku to Sporting CP from Division Two League side Steadfast FC.
With these latest trial opportunities, KickNation Sports Agency continues to position itself as a rising force in player representation, opening doors for young Ghanaian prospects to break into elite European academies.
