Lens’ defensive star Kevin Danso is generating significant transfer buzz after declining a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The versatile 26-year-old center-back, a product of Reading and Milton Keynes academies, could be on the move this winter, with three clubs circling. Despite Lens’ reluctance to part with any of their starting defenders, the French side may reconsider if an offer exceeds a 20 million move.

Following a summer transfer saga with Roma that ended without a move, Kevin Danso’s future at Lens remains uncertain.

According to Foot Mercato, while the club is keen to hold onto him, the Austrian international is open to joining a more ambitious project.

Turkish powerhouses Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, and German side VfB Stuttgart are reportedly interested in signing the versatile defender, offering a tempting prospect for the player.

With Lens potentially losing key defensive players, the coming weeks could be pivotal for Danso as he contemplates his next career step.
