Ghanaian actress and socialite, Rosemond Brown, well-known as Akuapem Poloo, has talked about the recently held Ghana Movie Awards.
During an interview with ZionFelix, Poloo revealed Nigerian actor, Jim Iyke walked out when the event was ongoing.
Though she saw Iyke was angry, Akuapem Poloo couldn’t disclose what led to him walking out.
However, she admitted that organising an event does not come easy. Also, Poloo wished the renowned Nigerian actor should have bear with the organizers even if things did not go the way he expected.

She further called on Ghanaians to support Fred Nuamah to ensure the sustainability of the award scheme.
Meanwhile, a section of Ghanaian entertainers attended the event which took place at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
Akuapem Poloo was crowned the “Discovery of the Year” at the 2024 Ghana Movie Awards.
