The Ghanaian midfielder was handed a starting role and played a key part in the team’s setup, bringing her usual energy and composure to the midfield. Despite her efforts, Brooklyn FC were unable to find a breakthrough in a tightly contested match.
Lexington SC capitalized on their chances, scoring the only goal of the game to secure all three points. Brooklyn FC pushed for an equalizer, but their attacking efforts fell short against a disciplined visiting side.
Cudjoe’s inclusion in the starting XI highlights her growing importance within the squad as she continues to gain consistent minutes in the league. The result, however, is a setback for Brooklyn FC as they look to improve their position in the standings.
