Veteran Ghanaian actress, Adwoa Smart, has rained praises on Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu, for gifting her a plot of land.

In an interview with Adom FM, shared on X on August 3, 2025, Adwoa Smart noted that the Kumawood actor has given her a half plot of land, located at Amansaman.

Adwoa Smart explained that Kwaku Manu’s kind gesture is out of an earlier interview with the actor, where she complained of not owning a property despite being in the movie industry for over two decades.

“He gave me the land last week. He just gave me the land, so I am waiting for the land’s documents. He took me to the land yesterday, and it is a half-plot of land. He gave me the land because of an interview I did,” she said.

Adwoa Smart, during the interview with Adom FM, also pleaded with Ghanaians to assist her in constructing a building on the land.

“I am pleading with Ghanaians to assist me so I can put up a building on the land. This would be the first time I am putting up a building,” she added.
