Ghanaian artist Fameye has finally disclosed that he invested more than $15,000 in crafting his performance for the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).

During an interview with Hitz FM, the ‘Praise’ singer opened up about the extensive planning and financial commitment behind the performance, which featured striking costumes, well-designed props, and a team of energetic backup dancers.

He noted that he enlisted two directors to oversee the show and ensure it met his creative vision.

“I’m one of the few artistes who spent so much. Over $15,000. We had to sew costumes for myself and the dancers, build the set and props, pay the directors, and everything,” he said.

According to Fameye, the entire production was based on a proposed budget he submitted in advance to the TGMA organizers for approval.

“And they did well,” he added, praising the organizers and expressing his satisfaction with the final result.
