Wendy Shay has talked about one of the persistent challenges women face in the entertainment industry, unwanted advances from men.

During a recent interview with Headless YouTuber, the Ghanaian songstress was asked if she still receives inappropriate offers from men despite her success and strong brand identity.

Without hesitation, Wendy acknowledged that such experiences remain part of life for many women.

“Of course. Once you’re a woman, that comes naturally. It’s very normal. It doesn’t stop,” she said.

She explained that attraction between men and women is a natural human dynamic that often extends into professional settings, including show business.

“The attraction between a male and a female is always there. As a woman, you just need to know what lies ahead of you. It’s a struggle, but you have to face it,” she added.

When asked how she manages these situations, Wendy emphasized the importance of maintaining self-respect and firm values. She encouraged women to embrace their beauty and confidence but to never compromise their integrity.

“As a woman, you should know who you are and your values. Beauty can open doors for you, so make use of it, but never compromise your morals. Have principles and stick to them, no matter the circumstance,” the ‘Ghana Boys’ singer advised.
