An investment boss accused of sending thousands of emails to his former business partner and his wife appeared in court today.
Simon Lyons, 45, and Farid Alizadeh, 45, set up Enstar Capital Ltd in 2004, and worked on more than £100m worth of developments.
In 2023, a High Court judge granted an injunction under the Protection from Harassment Act banning Lyons from harassing Mr Alizadeh and his wife, 46-year-old Natasha Alizadeh.
Lyons is now accused of sending the couple thousands of emails between January 2024 and March 2025.
Representing himself, Lyons appeared at Southwark Crown Court in a black shirt and chinos.
Having previously denied two charges of breaching an injunction, an offence punishable by up to five years, his trial is now scheduled for April 24, 2028.

He remains on bail on condition he does not contact Mr and Mrs Alizadeh directly or indirectly.
Lyons went to Clifton College public school in Bristol and now lives in an expensive apartment in Grosvenor Crescent, near Buckingham Palace.
Among other major projects, the company was involved in the conversion of former offices into a £20m development of luxury apartments opposite the Royal Courts of Justice in central London in 2015.
