Shatta Wale is shocked following the massive turnout at Independence Square on October 18, 2025, when thousands of fans packed the venue for Shatta Fest 2025.

Following the success of the concert, the dancehall artiste visited the office of Mobile Money Limited (MTN Ghana) on October 20 to personally thank the company for its role as a key partner in the show.

“I’m so happy that this time, I got you on one of my shows. It has always been my dream to also work with your entity,” he told the team during his visit.

Shatta Wale said he was moved by the collaboration and praised the brand for helping make Shatta Fest a memorable experience. He revealed that while he knew his fan base was strong, the overwhelming crowd exceeded all expectations.

“I’m still shocked at the crowd. Maybe you’ll think I have the following, but God is bringing us together to motivate the youth,” he said.

Wale also assured MTN Ghana of his commitment to future partnerships, emphasizing his willingness to support similar initiatives.

“I’m always available for any collaboration and support that I can also offer your office,” he added.

CEO of Mobile Money Ghana, Shaibu Haruna, echoed Shatta Wale’s surprise, saying the turnout proved the artist’s extraordinary connection with his fans.

“I had no clue the kind of following you have. I obviously knew you had a powerful following, but this weekend was extra special,” Haruna stated.
