Medeama Sporting Club head coach Nebojsa Kapor has apologised to the fans following the team’s 2-0 defeat to Hearts of Oak on Friday, November 1, 2024.

The gaffer was left disappointed at the end of the Week 9 encounter in the Ghana Premier League after his team lost at home in a game played at TnA Stadium.

Speaking in his post-match interview, coach Nebojsa Kapor admitted that the clash against Hearts of Oak was a difficult one.

He apologised to the fans and assured them that his team would work hard to get back to winning ways in the next game.

“It was a very difficult game. I’m really sorry because our players and supporters are in serious pain that we lost points here. From the beginning, we didn’t start well. We didn’t do well in the middle zone and this is football. I won’t blame my players and I can’t find an excuse. We must prepare better for our next match.

“I’m really sorry but the fans should not give up,” Coach Nebojsa Kapor said.

Up next for Medeama Sporting Club, the team will take on Dreams FC during Week 10 of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
