M.anifest’s latest album, New Road & Guava Trees, marks a new phase in his artistic journey.

Speaking on Hitz FM, he explained the thought process behind the project and his approach to creating music.

“I have to evolve. I can’t be doing the same repetitive things. I always explore new ideas, new sounds, and new perspectives.”

He emphasized that his album was not dictated by commercial considerations but rather by artistic intent.

“I let the music shape itself. I honor the art. Sometimes I start with a certain vision, but if the process demands that I adjust the canvas, I do it. That’s how I approach my albums.”

On the decision to include 14 tracks on the project, he explained that he prioritizes quality and cohesion over arbitrary numbers.

“It’s not about how many tracks are on an album. It’s about how it makes you feel. After you listen, do you feel like playing it again? That’s what matters to me.”

M.anifest’s New Road & Guava Trees represents not just an evolution in his sound but also a deeper level of creative maturity.
