Bishop Daniel Obinim, has expressed his frustration with what he has described as the rise of fake and misguided men and women of God in contemporary Ghanaian society.

In a recent sermon, the controversial preacher revealed that he has no intention of voting in the highly anticipated 2024 general elections.

Obinim explained that his decision stems from the actions of certain pastors whom he referred to as “fake and confused.”

He accused these pastors of misleading Ghanaians by constantly claiming that God has revealed the election winners to them.

Obinim questioned how the same God could give conflicting messages to different pastors, each declaring a different candidate as the election victor.

He urged Ghanaians to critically assess the achievements of the two major political parties, the NPP and NDC, which have governed the country for over 16 years, and make informed decisions when voting.

“Both political parties have been in power for 16 years. I think it would be prudent for us to assess which party has performed better and vote accordingly”.

“Because of these prophecies, I will not vote”, Obinim stated.

He added that “some of these pastors have problems. Once they declare the victory of these political parties, they should also tell us not to vote. They are confused, and I must say it”.
