Ghanaian rapper Dadie Opanka has stated that he is ever ready to serve under the current John Dramani Mahama-led government.

In an interview with Nana Romeo shared on Instagram on January 14, 2026, Dadie Opanka said he is always willing to work for President Mahama, particularly as a financial adviser.

“Why not? I am willing and ever ready to work because it would be an honour. I only wish it would come to pass. President Mahama, since I am currently studying to become a financial adviser, I believe I can work under your government,” he said.

Dadie Opanka also applauded President Mahama for transforming the economy.

According to him, the President, in his first year in office, has helped reduce the high cost of living.

He added that he does not belong to any political party, hence his appreciation of Mahama’s administration is non-partisan.

“I must say he has done very well in his first year in office. I will rate him a 7 out of 10. I am not an NPP or an NDC supporter. I will support any political party that performs well when in office. So, if this were the NPP, I would have also applauded them,” he added.
