Founder and leader of Heaven Way Ministries, Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Agradaa, has fired back at Hopeson Adorye, the husband of gospel musician Empress Gifty, for allegedly threatening her.
Prior to Agradaa’s response, Hopeson Adorye had shared a video on social media on May 20, 2025, warning the evangelist not to mention his wife’s “Noko Fine” trademark on any of her platforms.
He cautioned that Agradaa would face serious consequences if she used the trademark in any of her videos.
“Agradaa has adopted my wife’s trademark which is noko fine. And she claims she is the gazetted noko fine. Agradaa if you are a woman mention that name again on your platform and I will show you. She insulted me and my wife but I am not going to trade insults with her,” he said.
Responding to Hopeson Adorye’s statement, Agradaa, has called on the politician to do his worst.
According to the preacher, she won’t stop using Empress Gifty’s trademark and Hopeson Adorye can’t do anything about it.
“The noko fine has been gazette by me. Hopeson Adorye you are a fool and an animal. There is nothing you can do to me. Do you even have a wife like you claim? Hopeson I have mention the name and there is nothing you can do.
“You have been misbehaving in this country but this time around, you have met someone stronger than you,” she said.
Meanwhile, gospel musician Empress Gifty has filed a GH¢ 20 million defamation lawsuit against Agradaa following a viral live video on social media in which Agradaa made defamatory and insulting claims about the gospel singer.
According to a court document (the writ), on May 13, 2025, Nana Agradaa not only targeted Empress Gifty during the live session but also directed attacks at her husband, Hopeson Adorye.
The situation escalated over several days, drawing massive attention from netizens.
