Captain Planet, a member of the now-defunct music group 4×4, has showered praises on veteran music group Buk Bak, for giving them their breakthrough.

In an interview on YFM, shared on X on February 17, 2026, Captain Planet singled out Bright of Buk Bak for his immense support.

According to him, he holds Bright in high esteem for helping him become who he is today.

“We became famous even before releasing an album because Buk Bak had already introduced us to the spotlight. We even travelled to America before Buk Bak themselves.

“Buk Bak really took good care of the three of us. May God bless them. If it wasn’t for Buk Bak, we don’t know if we would have come this far. We are truly grateful for their support,” he said.

Captain Planet further noted that he would not even hesitate to do Bright’s laundry.

“If Bright asks me to do his laundry today, I won’t hesitate. No matter how high you rise, you must learn to serve. I used to wear Bright’s Timberland boots, and I am not ashamed to say it.

“In fact, I will do it again and again because they gave me life, and I have to serve them,” he added.
