Veteran Ghanaian Hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese has expressed interest in organising seminars to lecture on Hiplife, provided he receives the necessary support.

Speaking on Hitz FM, Kwaw Kese revealed that he has already begun similar initiatives in the United States and hopes to replicate them in Ghana.

“I wish to do that but one man is not an island and I cannot so it alone, so if I have proposal from a team that want to work then I would definitely do” he said

He added that he had previously held a session at the University of Richmond, where he lectured students and answered their questions about Hiplife.

I was doing it for Kwesi Arthur, not for me – Kwaw Kese on GoFundMe saga

“University of Richmond, they wanted me to tell them about Hiplife; how it’s come this far, how we are surviving it, how we survived it back then and all that. So I opened up and talked about it, I took some questions from the students and I answered them, you know we had a chitchat. It was great and they loved it.”

Kwaw Kese also teased that an even bigger event is in the ‘pipeline’, although he declined to share details.

” I have another big one coming, that one I won’t tell but definitely it’s bigger. It’s in the U.S” he said

He further expressed that this is a new discovery he has made about himself and he really loves it.

“It looks like this is the new side of Kwaw, you know giving speeches, lecturing, holding conferences, its huge.”
