It appears the ongoing feud between gospel musician Empress Gifty and Nana Agradaa shows no signs of ending.

For weeks, the two have been engaged in a heated dispute, which escalated after Empress Gifty filed a GH¢20 million defamation lawsuit against Agradaa for spewing derogatory comments about her and her husband.

In the wake of the lawsuit, Agradaa took to social media to criticise Empress Gifty, stating that even a Rolex watch is more valuable than her TGMAs plaque.

In response, Empress Gifty posted a video expressing her ambitions to win Grammy and BET awards.

She also mentioned that she would appeal to the spirit of her late mother, Agaga, for protection.

“I will visit Agaga and I will present the plaques to her so that she can also protect me from any evil plot against me. I won this award by merit.

“Very soon I will go to BET and Grammys,” she said.

Meanwhile, both parties appeared before the Tema High Court for the second time on June 11, 2025, as the case continues.
