Ghanaian artiste Arathejay has shared how a surprise visit from Stonebwoy lifted his spirits while he was battling a leg injury.

He said the BHIM Nation president showed up at his house unexpectedly, just to check on him.

In an interview on Hitz FM, Arathejay recalled that the visit happened not long before Stonebwoy’s headline concert in London on March 8, 2025.

The show, held at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, featured performances from Arathejay, Fameye, and others.

Arathejay said he was touched by Stonebwoy’s gesture, especially because he didn’t see it coming.

“I didn’t even know about it. He didn’t tell me so I was excited because I was sick. I had this issue with my leg some time ago. And the next moment Stonebwoy called that he was coming to home to where I was. The next moment, he was outside and he was alone,” he said.

According to Arathejay, Stonebwoy never brought up the upcoming London concert during the visit, even though he had already made plans for Arathejay to perform.

“That’s just him. That is how he is. That’s the kind of person he is. He said he just wanted to know how I was doing. He wanted to see my leg,” he added.

Arathejay said he only found out later that he was part of the show’s lineup. The London concert was part of Stonebwoy’s “UP & RUNNIN6” tour.
