Amid discussions surrounding artistes selling off their catalogues for whopping amounts of money, Wendy Shay has expressed interest in doing same.

Recently, Shatta Wale admitted to selling his music catalogue to the streaming platform Waka Music Limited, and checks reveal that several other musicians have done the same.

During an X Space session on August 19, 2025, Shatta Wale revealed that he sold his two albums, ‘Wonda’ and ‘Reign’, for $3.5 million.

However, in a related development, Wendy Shay, has stated that she also wants to sell her catalogue for the same amount.
