Ghanaian artiste Okyeame Kwame has showered praises on fellow musician Wanlov the Kubolor, describing him as a highly spirited and free individual.

In an interview shared on social media on November 6, 2025, Okyeame Kwame spoke fondly of Wanlov, calling him a “free-spirited artiste” and someone he deeply admires for his authenticity and self-awareness.

According to Okyeame Kwame, Wanlov embodies the kind of enlightenment and freedom he aspires to achieve.

“Wanlov, you are the most free human being I have ever met, and on my journey to enlightenment, I want to become like you. You are the standard. If I can raise my son like you, and especially if my daughter becomes like you, she’ll be in trouble,” he joked.

The musician further noted that he would consider himself a successful parent if his children were able to express themselves as freely and purely as Wanlov does.

“If I can raise my son to have your purity of mind and freedom of expression, then I would have succeeded. I’m really proud of you,” he added.
