Ghanaian actress and media personality, Efia Odo, has stated that she has no intention of changing the public’s perception of her, insisting that Ghanaians are free to see her exactly as they choose.

Speaking in an interview on Showbiz 360, Efia Odo explained that she does not concern herself with people who disapprove of her lifestyle or choices.

She mentioned that she focuses her energy on those who appreciate and understand her.

“I want Ghanaians to see me for how they want to see me. I’m not going to change anybody’s mind about me.

“As much as some people don’t agree with the things I do, many people do and my focus is only on those who agree,” she said.

She noted that even her current supporters were once critics, and believes those who misunderstand her today may change their views in the future.

“Even those who agree, four years ago, they didn’t agree. Those who don’t agree now, they will catch up very soon,” she stated.

Describing her personality, Efia Odo revealed that she naturally prefers solitude despite being warm and friendly in public.

“Naturally, I’m a loner. I don’t like being in the midst of people and I don’t really like people. I’m very friendly, when I see you, I will give you all the love and I will go my way,” she added.
