    Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Victoria Lebene has opened up on why people find it difficult to attach her husband’s name to hers or accept her new identity as Mrs Victoria Lebene Osafo Nkansah.

    Speaking in an interview on Joy Prime, Victoria Lebene mentioned that attaching her husband’s name doesn’t mean she has thrown away who she was but has rather embraced who she is becoming.

    Victoria noted that it’s okay being called Victoria Lebene without her husband’s name because she is still in showbiz.

    “It’s like people are not happy that I’m an upgraded woman or what. I always give Mrs Victoria Lebene Osafo Nkansah. It’s okay because I’m still in business of showbiz so it can be understood” she said.

    The actress emphasised that she often introduces herself by both names to enable her maintain a balance between her private life and career.

    “Most at times when I say Mrs Victoria Lebene Osafo Nkansah, I still say also known as Victoria Lebene. I can cover up who I was because it’s still me” she added.
