Veteran Kumawood actor Paa George has dismissed recent reports circulating on social media suggesting that he has passed away, describing them as false and baseless.
The actor reacted to the rumours on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, after several social media posts carrying “RIP” captions claimed he had died, causing concern among fans and followers.
Speaking on the matter, Paa George stated confidently that he is not worried about the reports because he believes his life is backed by a divine covenant with God.
According to him, he has a spiritual assurance that he will live until the age of 96.
“I have a covenant with God that I will die at 96 years. I am now 88, going to 89 on May 3. So I still have seven more years to live,” he said.
The veteran actor emphasised that no false report or speculation can shorten the lifespan he believes God has destined for him.
He also cautioned individuals responsible for spreading such rumours to desist from sharing false information, noting that such claims can cause unnecessary panic among his family, friends, and supporters.
