A lady named Adebayo Okikiola has taken things to an unexpected level revealing a new meal combination in a video she posted on her Instagram.
Convincing her fans to try the perfect weird combo not minding the earthy pungent aroma of fermented beans, combined with the creamy tang of mayonnaise.
In her words;

The viral video showed her casually enjoying the meal consisting of locust beans (iru) a traditional West African fermented condiment that serves as an ingredient for locally made Nigerian meals mixed with rich and creamy mayonnaise.
Generally, locust beans are beloved in many Nigerian local dishes like Egusi, Ogbono, and Ewedu soup while mayonnaise is a staple in sandwiches and salads.
The combination of the two into a single dish has resulted in many online discussing the unconventional and weird pairing.
