Amerado said he's unbothered by any effects of his constant toffee-chewing Amerado said he’s unbothered by any effects of his constant toffee-chewing

Ghanaian rapper Amerado has declared that he won’t give up his love for toffees, regardless of any effects excessive sugar may have on his bedroom performance.

The Kwaku Ananse hitmaker is frequently seen with a toffee in his mouth, during interviews, performances, or casual outings, prompting fans and media to jokingly question whether his sweet tooth affects his “manhood.”

The topic came up during his recent appearance on Okay FM’s Ekwanso Dwoodwoo, where host Nana Romeo humorously asked if the constant toffee-chewing was impacting his sexual performance.

In response, Amerado brushed off the concern with a laugh saying, “I don’t use it for anything o… it’s just there like that. If it wants to die, let it die.”

When asked if he’d consider quitting his sugary habit, the rapper firmly replied, “As for the toffee, I won’t stop anytime soon.”

Amerado also shared his thoughts on modern relationships, joking that some women make too many demands.

“These days, the way women dey demand too much just because of what God gave them down there… I just dey mind my business,” he said.

Since the interview, fans have flooded social media with memes and jokes, with many playfully declaring toffees as Amerado’s “official brand.”
