Popular skit maker Sydney Talker has reacted to Carter Efe’s transition into streaming, revealing that he initially discouraged the move but is now proud of the comedian’s success.

In a heartfelt post shared online, Sydney Talker dismissed suggestions of jealousy, explaining that he is genuinely happy about Carter Efe’s achievement.

He described the skit-making industry as highly saturated and emotionally draining for many creators, noting that Carter’s success in streaming represents a positive shift.

Sydney Talker congratulated Carter Efe for what he described as a historic moment, stating that the move proved Carter’s ability to trust his instincts as a true creator.

He admitted that although he once advised against streaming, the outcome has made him happy and hopeful for the future of content creation.

The comedian also encouraged skit makers who feel pressured or unhappy in the industry to explore streaming as an alternative, adding that the field is still emerging and presents opportunities for growth before it becomes saturated.

While urging innovation, Sydney Talker reassured those who plan to remain in skit-making of his commitment to improving the industry and making it a more sustainable and fulfilling career path.

He concluded by clarifying that his message was not directed at everyone, but rather at creators seeking change and growth within the evolving entertainment space.
