Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz on October 9, 2025, he mentioned that he brought ‘streetism’ which is the energy of the street in the Ghanaian music space.

“They’ve been change of genres. I remember those times, people switched to kpalongo, then Appiatus style and Azonto came. All these music have come and gone but Abodam music, when you drop Kwaw Kese music from 20 years ago, it’s still banging” he said.

The `Abodam’ hitmaker shared that his contribution to the industry is so significant that no one can write him off, despite the changes in musical trends over the years.

“Sometimes, people try to write you off. Nobody in this industry can write me off. My contribution is large and I’m the one who brought streetism to the music industry” he added.
