Veteran Ghanaian music producer, Edward Nana Poku Osei, well-known as Hammer, has addressed the perception he is involved in Okofour Kwadee’s issue.

Recently, the mother of Kwadee expressed her unhappiness about how Hammer Nti, her son’s manager, has been handling issues.

The woman also denied being behind her son’s predicament, accusing Hammer of misinformation.

On the back of this, some people who do not know Hammer Nti, have been questioning if he is the popular music producer.

To make things clear, Hammer, the popular music producer, in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net said he has never been involved in Kwadee’s health or any other related issues.

According to him, it was necessary for him to address this issue due to the numerous calls he has been receiving.

“I was really looking forward to breaking my social media silence with some delightful announcement of my new album release; however, circumstances have compelled me to address a pressing concern that has caused unease amongst some family and friends.

“Going straight to the point, I wish to firmly clarify that I am not the “Hammer” being named in the ongoing Okomfour Kwadei controversy. I have had no involvement or dealings whatsoever with our brother regarding his health or any related matters. The Hammer being named in the saga is our distinguished Kumasi-based industry colleague known as Hammer Nti,” he wrote.

Hammer added: “Over the past few days, I have received no fewer than fifty calls from concerned friends and family, some of whom expressed dismay at my presumed role in this saga, attributing to me a part in our brother’s declining condition. It is precisely this misunderstanding that has prompted me to speak out. I wish all involved are able to settle their differences. Thank you.”
