Hulk Hogan‘s widow is denying accusations that she groomed her son’s girlfriend with alcohol in an attempt to lure her into Scientology and now claims she is the target of a stalker behind the allegations.
Sky Daily, who was married to Hogan for almost two years before his death in 2025, was named as a defendant in two lawsuits last week, both filed on behalf of Jane Does.
In the first, the 48-year-old is accused of supplying alcohol for a March 28th party, despite being aware that minors would be present, according to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail. The lawsuit further claims that Daily destroyed evidence of the alleged rape of an underaged girl and ordered the victim out of her house.
The second suit claimed that Daily, described as a ‘high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology,’ sought to groom the girl into joining the religious organization while she was still a minor.
A self-described former Scientologist, Daily hails from one of the faith’s spiritual headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. But in her self-shot video posted on social media, Daily denied being a member of the religion at this point in her life. Instead, she claimed a stalker has been falsely linking her to the religion for years.
‘I am not a Scientologist,’ Daily said. ‘I have been a Christian for almost 20 years.
Sky Daily insists she is no longer a Scientologist and never groomed a child to join the faith

‘I was born into Scientology and, then I grew up, and I leaned into my grandparents’ Episcopalian faith, and that’s how I raised my kids since they were born.’
‘This lie started from a stalker who has stalked me for years before I even met Terry [Bollea],’ she continued, referring to Hogan’s given name. ‘He’s just incessantly called me and texted me through social media apps because I never gave him my phone number ’cause I didn’t know him like that.’
According to the first lawsuit, filed in Florida on behalf of a Jane A Doe and Jane B Doe, Daily left her son, Hayden Hitt, and his guests unsupervised as she attended a Real American Wrestling Event. The lawsuit claimed Daily was previously told she could no longer bring minors to RAW events after allegedly giving them alcohol at the venue.
An underage girl claimed she was ‘viciously raped’ by a boy at the party as a result of Daily’s negligent conduct.
But in her video, Daily’s denials centered on the claims that she was recruiting minors into Scientology rather than the accusation that an underage girl was raped at her home. She specifically hit back against the accusation that the Applied Scholastic Online Academy that teaches her son is really a front for Scientology.
‘Anyone who keeps perpetuating this is just helping my stalker harm me and harass me,’ Daily said. ‘I don’t even give my own money to the Church because I’m not a Scientologist. My son wanted to go to electrician school and drop out of high school, so I signed him up for an online class.
‘It just teaches normal stuff like biology and math and all that kind of stuff…. and it doesn’t have anything to do with any spiritual [teachings or] anything about Scientology.’

Daily also referenced the late Hogan’s Christian faith, while claiming she has faced similar accusations about her ties to Scientology for years.
‘I’ve just been drug, for years, over this lie,’ she said. ‘I know I’m venting about it, but it’s just taken wings and gone to conspiracy land. It’s affected a lot of people’s lives, and it’s diluted Terry’s Christian message that was so important for him. I don’t know what else to say.’
Daily did not directly respond to details about the alleged rape that was said to have occurred at her home while she was at the RAW event.
The girl, identified only by Jane B Doe, alleges that Hitt advertised his party in a group chat, also stating that Jane B Doe would be in attendance and that she was ‘free p****.’
During the house party, Jane B Doe was given a can of Four Lokos, a malt liquor beverage, by her alleged assaulter, John B Doe, according to the lawsuit.
She claimed in the complaint that she began to lose consciousness after taking a sip from the can of Four Loko. She further alleged she was raped by John B Doe for several hours in a bedroom while Hitt allegedly guarded the door.
The accuser claimed she suffered severe injuries, including serious vaginal and anal trauma, from the rape.

The lawsuit claimed Jane B Doe grabbed one used condom from the room for DNA evidence. However, Daily allegedly removed two others and the bloodstained bedsheets from the scene, according to the complaint.
The girl went to the police following the alleged rape and had a rape kit performed. She claimed that she has suffered severe emotional distress and PTSD as well as several medical issues as a result of the alleged attack.
She is seeking unspecified damages and a trial by jury.
In a separate lawsuit, Daily has been sued for intentional infliction of emotional distress for allegedly grooming her son’s girlfriend with alcohol to join the Church of Scientology.
‘This grooming would be done through the use of alcohol and other forms of conduct,’ read the court document.
The plaintiff began dating Hitt after meeting through social media in 2025. Due to ‘the loss of one parent and issues with another parent,’ she eventually moved into Daily’s residence in Clearwater, Florida.
While staying at the property, she claimed that Daily allegedly became determined she would enroll in the Applied Scholastic Online Academy, ‘a Church of Scientology home school for children of members of the Church of Scientology’ where Daily is a teacher, the complaint read.

All of the textbooks and curriculum for the academy were created by L Ron Hubbard, creator of the Church of Scientology.
The lawsuit alleged that Daily ‘has been known to purchase and/or procure alcohol for minors to consume at her house and even at public establishments.’ It further claims that Daily did so for the plaintiff.
Daily allegedly would take the plaintiff to local bars and tell her to bring a Stanley Cup which would discreetly contain alcohol for the plaintiff to consume, according to the complaint.
On one occasion, Daily is claimed to have invited plaintiff out to a Real American Wrestling event ‘under the guise they could spend time together and get to know one another.’
Daily allegedly told the bouncers at the nightclub that she was Hogan’s widow, allowing everyone with her to enter the building without identification. Throughout the night, per the complaint, Daily allegedly served alcohol to the plaintiff, including vodka.
Daily was married to the WWE legend for almost two years until his death last year
Furthermore, the lawsuit claims that Daily, in an ‘advantageous position,’ would convince the plaintiff to forgive her son for ‘violent acts.’
The plaintiff alleges that her relationship with Hitt was ‘mentally and physically abusive.’
‘On no less than several occasions [Daily’s son] would physically attack Jane Doe sometimes due to being under the influence of alcohol provided by [Daily],’ the lawsuit states.
In one instance, the plaintiff claims she was physically attacked by Hitt during the same night as the house party where the alleged sexual assault of Jane B. Doe occurred.
Daily allegedly urged the plaintiff to go to bed and ‘lock the door’ after she texted her about her son’s attack.
However, the plaintiff, who was left injured by the attack, instead decided to call the police, according to the court documents.

Once Daily discovered that the plaintiff had gone to the police, she evicted her from the Clearwater residence and threw her belongings onto the lawn, per the lawsuit.
‘[Daily] made it clear to Jane Doe and other victims that night that they did not know who they were messing with and that nobody would believe them and that she is too powerful to be messed with,’ the lawsuit claims.
The plaintiff is demanding a trial by jury for all relevant allegations.
