Nottingham Forest winger, Callum Hudson-Odoi has recounted one of his fondest memories as a ball boy during Chelsea’s Premier League victory against Manchester United in 2014.

According to the Chelsea academy graduate, the decision of Samuel Eto’o to celebrate his third goal against Manchester United on the touchline with him “made his day very special”.

Callum Hudson-Odoi, who was 13 at the time in an interview with TNT Sports said he was really happy to have celebrated with his idol who scored a hattrick on the day.

“He scored a hattrick on the day, I remember it was against United and when you are that young and you are seeing people you look up to and want to be like them when you grow up its special.”

“I was like damm, this is crazy my man scored and I’m right here. So i was just jumping up and down and he saw me and literally put his arm up so i did the same thing and we both celebrated,” Callum Hudson-Odoi recounted.

Samuel Eto’o on January 19, 2014 scored a hattrick in Chelsea’s 3-1 victory against Manchester United in the Premier League at the Stamford Bridge.
