Popular American live streamer and YouTuber Darren Watkins, popularly known as IShowSpeed, stormed the Bukom Boxing Arena to engage fans and boxers during his Ghana tour on January 26, 2026.
He was welcomed by numerous fans who were thrilled to meet him and show support for his initiative to promote boxing in Bukom.
The renowned streamer showcased his boxing skills when he took on a Ghanaian boxer in an exhibition bout, demonstrating his potential and connecting with the local community.

One of the iconic moments came when former African champion Braimah Kamoko, known as Bukom Banku, sang along to a song while the American streamer danced, creating a lively atmosphere.
In addition, IShowSpeed engaged in push-ups with a fan several times, displaying his strength and agility. His fitness display earned applause from the crowd present at the occasion.
He also interacted with some Ghanaian bodybuilders known for producing skits on social media. The trio included one with a muscular physique, another recognized for his big stomach and the third who appeared extremely skinny.
They challenged IShowSpeed to lift dumbbells against the clock which he successfully completed to impress the crowd.
IShowSpeed has visited several African countries, including Algeria, Benin, Egypt, Ethiopia, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Liberia, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, and Zambia, and finally in Ghana.
